I grew up in New England, which I have decided is the BEST area to live in during Fall time! Since I do not live where I grew up, I try to make the most of the "fall" weather we have here in the midwest! We did enjoy cooler temps. this past Friday as we were apple picking with some friends from church that also homeschool. As soon as we got home from our fun trip, I started peeling apples and making some yummy applesauce. The smell throughout the house was scrumptious!!! We had a great day and I just wanted to share some pictures with you of our fun homeschool outing!

Looks like we have taken similar field trips lately (apples and firestation). I made apple crisp (the recipe is on my blog, if you're interested)w/most of the apples we picked.
