Seasons of change...

With the new year came some change for our family...change is good, but change is hard. When you enter into a new season, led by the Lord...peace follows as you walk foward. The precious peace that passes all understanding is directly and so lovingly given by the Lord...our family experiences this peace.

My husband has obeyed God and resigned from his position as Youth Pastor. With this decision, which I whole heartedly agree with, comes a whole shift for our family. I am so blessed to be married to my best friend, who I see walk with the Lord in his decisions. I honor and respect him in this bold stand he took. I love him and thank God for all He has taught us both during this time.

I thank you readers, for those of you who know of the new journey we now enter, for your prayers and your support. We are enjoying what the Lord is teaching us and all He is doing in our lives because of this choice.

We love you all and continue to request prayer for the time that now follows, the adjustment period.

We rest in God's GOODNESS and thank Him for His WORD to us, which gives life and encouragement to our souls.

number 100....

I only know this is my 100th post because Blogger keeps tract! :)
So....here goes the 100 things you want to know about me....HA HA! Like you want to read all that funny little stuff!

But, I did think that maybe I could share some things....counting by TENS :) so here goes...

10. I really like the color BLUE. It makes me smile...my husband's wardrobe is all blue...once in a while I venture out and buy something other than blue, but not too often!
20. ALL my closest and dearest friends are overseas missionaries...keeps me on my knees and so very thankful for the technology of internet!
30. I have AMAZING parents that moved here to be a blessing to our family.
40. I am the mom to a special needs little boy named Ezra who daily teaches more about myself and about our Awesome God.
50. I am fulfilling my dream "job", being a stay at home mom, a helpmeet to my hubby, a wife to a Pastor, and a teacher to my children...I am so blessed.
60. I REALLY love to yard sale and get a thrill when I get a good bargain! Just ask my husband...I am ALWAYS telling him how good of a deal it is, like HOW much I saved...he pretends to be excited, but I just need my sis to really have someone pat me on the back for the amazing deal I just scored! :)
70. Come July, I will be the mommy to FIVE blessings!
80. I LOVE to organize, but you would never guess it, by looking at the piles of papers yet to file away...one day I will get to it all!
90. I LOVE to read, Christian "encouraging" books, not self help :) and wish I had more time in the day to do so!!
100. I am married to a AMAZING man, for real, he is my knight in shining armor and my VERY bestest friend...I mean it! I am so very blessed and sometimes want to pinch myself with the blessing God has given me in my husband...AND he is REALLY good looking, for real, he is! :)

OK, so there you have it....100 things (counting by tens :) about me!
